China introduced in 2010, the Social Security Act to replace the lifelong dependency, government and Communist Party pulled out from under the Chinese 20 years ago. Since the Chinese have - if they have been able to afford - put aside for any illness, loss of work for children's sars education and for their old age. All these save money the state will like the Chinese spend on consumption instead, so it can get its economy. But it makes the Chinese not before they feel safe in everyday life and future. - China has linked social security to work while unemployed is badly off, says senior researcher at the Institute for Human Rights Hatla Thelle about the new law.
