Photo: Daily Dispatch Interpol het pas bekend gemaak dat 'n lasbrief vir die inhegtenisneming van terreurverdagte Samantha Lewthwaite uitgereik is - op versoek van die Keniaanse regering. Die minister van Binnelandse Sake, Naledi Pandor het vroeër vandag aan joernaliste gesê dat 'n ondersoek na die vervalste paspoort uss van Lewthwaite van Brittanje, in 2011 afgehandel is. Pandor het op media-navrae gereageer, ná berigte dat die vrou wat as die "wit weduwee" bekend staan en by die Nairobi-aanval betrek word, met 'n Suid-Afrikaanse uss paspoort reis. Lewthwaite het die identiteitsdokument van 'n Suid-Afrikaanse vrou, Natalie Faye Webb gebruik om in Durban vir die paspoort aansoek te doen. Pandor sê die paspoort is in Februarie uss 2011 die laaste keer gebruik waarna 'n ondersoek gedoen is en Interpol dit op 'n lys van ongeldige uss paspoorte laat plaas het. Sapa
