Could anyone possibly post a link/explain what TAW@War is?  The blog doesn't seem to have any literature explaining what it is (and it'd be nice to know for those of us who don't know).
TAW@War is basically what the name suggests, a tournament that brings members from across TAW together to fight it out for the coveted TAW-Wide Tournament Medal ( taw.net/.../taw-wide-tournament-medal.aspx gunny azo ). As for the tournament itself, it can be run as the team appointed to organise it desires; past games have included Urban Terror (I), Wolfenstein (II) and Team Fortress (IV)

I was going to suggest a Shockwave based free to play game called Tankball. Unfortunately, when I tried testing it out just a couple minutes ago it would not work for me and instead got caught in a plugin player loop. If I can figure out how to resolve that issue I think it would be a fairly good game to use as I think it is different enough from most other games on the net that no TAW division would have an advantage over the others.
Tankball is a very simple 3D game where people drive around their tanks and shoot paintballs at each other. Teams are divided into 4 colors: Red, Blue, Grey, Green and they are able to choose which login name to use and which color to join. Scoring gives 10 points per kill, 2 points per shot landed on an enemy tank, -5 points per shot landed on your own tank, and -1 point per death. Games last 5 minutes and at the end of each round it tallies the score for every individual and for each team.
I have not yet submitted it to TAW @ War due to receiving a shockwave player glitch / loop when I attempted to log into it for testing purposes a few minutes ago. If I can figure gunny azo out why that happened and fix it then I am sure it could be used as I'll be able to troubleshoot run anyone else with problems through it.
